Client IP: Clients retain ownership of their own data and content provided to the platform.
AI Outputs: Clients own the outputs generated by Soleryn AI when using their own data, subject to compliance with these Terms.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Our AI services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or reliance on AI outputs.
Our services are not intended to provide legal, medical, or financial advice.
We are not liable for failures or errors caused by third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, GoHighLevel, payment processors).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Termination
By You: You may cancel your subscription or stop using our services at any time.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or misuse the service.
